NgalSo Tulkor Yoga practice – July 2014

Ngalso Tulkor Yoga of the Ngalso lineage of Lama Gangchen Rinpoche is a technique of movements helping to soothe the channels and to unlock the chakras, connected with the meditation on the five dhyani Buddha. This method help the practitioner to deeper his/her concentration, to develop depth of meditation and to master the circulation of the energy system (wind), to control the tummo (inner fire) and to develop inner bliss to finally reach the experience of union of great bliss and emptiness that is the goal of all high Tantra meditators. Combined with meditation of the Ngalso self-healing using the sound of the seed syllable of the dhyani Buddha, this method help to deeper the understanding and experience of the Ngalso self-healing practice.
