This weekend we will do a short retreat on the practice of the 35 confession buddhas together with our master, TYS Lama Gangchen Rinpoche. This is especially effective to heal sicknesses of the body and mind that have a karmic basis (caused by our own mistaken actions of body, speech and mind either earlier in this life or in previous lifetimes). It is also considered one of the preliminary practices for engaging in serious tantric practice, for example entering into a three year retreat.
