Summer Retreat of 84 Mahassidhas (English – Italian) – 4/26 July 2015

84 Mahasiddhas Empowerments: Lama Ganchen Rinpoche will confer these empowerments; Mahasiddha signifies ‘great realised one’ and refers in this instance to 84 great yogis and meditatorsof the past who have contributed to the spreading of tantric teachings. Following their example one may lead a spiritual life without changing one’s daily life.

NgalSo Tantric Self Healing III

How can we recognise the wrong purchases that we habitually make at the supermarket of negative thoughts which harm us in so many different ways? And how can we come to possess positive thoughts of self healing of our body, speech and mind, to reach a state of inner peace whilst remaining in busy modern society?

The message of crazy wisdom of Self healing III helps us to make ‘better buys’, putting at our disposal, in a form adapted to our western culture, the traditional teachings of the Sutras and Tantras of Buddha Shakyamuni, the precious instructions of the Lam Rim (the Graduated Path to Enlightenment), Lojong (Mind Training) and meditation on Mahamudra ( the union of Great Bliss and Emptiness). Through an understanding of the interdependent arising of phenomena, we can learn how the law of karma functions and so avoid loading negative programs onto our inner space disc. This will serve us well in every moment of our daily life. Practising the training of our inner space and following advice on diet, and behaviour from traditional tibetan medical science, we will confront fearlessly death and subsequent rebirth. Finally, by meditating on the absolute Space of Emptiness, we shall be able to relax, NgalSo, and obtain better physical and mental health and enjoy inner peace, the cause of world peace.

This is a new Vehicle of Wisdom which integrates the discoveries of inner scientist Buddha Shakyamuni with results of modern scientific research.
