The Tantra of Heruka Chakrasamvara offers us a key to understanding and harmonising the energies of body and mind with those of the world in which we live. Throughout the seminar participants will be guided in a series of exercises employing body, sound, concentration, visualisation and recitation.
Heruka Chakrasamvara is a male divinity that manifests in union with his consort Vajravarahi. The Buddha manifested the mandala of Heruka to control and transform the forces of limitless desire and attachment. This mandala exists in the external world in 24 Asian places, as well as in our inner body mandala and in our subtle mind. With the practice of Heruka we can obtain a long, healthy, happy and meaningful life. We can also learn how to bring peace, happiness and enlightenment to ourselves, the society and the environment.
This practice is particularly effective in these modern times, during which society is obsessed by limitless desire.
