The practice of Tara Chittamani is a special Tibetan Buddhist method to help dissipate interferences and to liberate all living beings from all forms of fear and danger. The practice allows us to identify with the pure crystal energy of the female deity Tara, also known as the Liberator and Swift Heroine fast for the speed that characterizes her action. The special energy of Tara, consort of the Supreme Healer of fear, Buddha Amogasiddhi, is the key to overcoming all outer, inner and secret Fears.
